At Wifi Dabba India Private Limited ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company"), we are committed to delivering accessible and reliable internet services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a customer ("you", "your", or "user") may request a refund.

1. General Policy

All internet services offered by Wifi Dabba India Private Limited operate on a prepaid model. Once a plan has been activated and data usage has commenced, no refunds will be issued for partially used or unused service periods.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Activation Failure

    If the internet service cannot be activated within seven (7) business days from the date of payment due to technical or logistical constraints.

  • Non-Deployment of Hotspot/Router

    If a hotspot/router purchased through the platform is not deployed within ten (10) business days from the date of successful payment.

  • Duplicate Payment

    If the user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error or payment processing issue.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the incident for eligibility.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary cancellation of service after successful activation
  • Temporary or intermittent service disruptions due to:
    • Power outages
    • Weather-related conditions
    • User-side hardware or configuration issues
  • Unused or partially consumed data after plan activation
  • Expiry of prepaid plan validity period without full usage of data
  • User dissatisfaction based on subjective experience (e.g., speed expectations, content availability, etc.) when the service is functioning as intended
  • Hotspot/Router/Servise relocation requests made after deployment
  • Misuse of the service or violation of the Terms of Use
  • Issues arising from unauthorized resale or sharing of internet service
  • Delays due to third-party permissions (e.g., building management, municipal access) outside Wifi Dabba’s control

4. Special Circumstances – Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional cases, Wifi Dabba India Private Limited reserves the right to review and process refund requests at its sole discretion. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe technical service failures
  • Delays caused by verified third-party issues
  • Other unique cases not covered under Sections 2 or 3

All discretionary refund requests will be evaluated internally. If approved, such refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to be processed from the date of the official refund request submission. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the full discretion of the Company.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at support@wifidabba.com with the following details:

  • Full Name and Registered Contact Number
  • Payment Transaction ID and Confirmation Screenshot
  • Description of the Issue and Reason for Request

Our team will acknowledge the request within five (5) to seven (7) business days. If approved, standard refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days, unless falling under Section 4.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery or refund eligibility, the final decision rests with Wifi Dabba India Private Limited after a thorough internal review, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

7. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. All changes will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
